Rest in Peace

I refrained from posting about Michael Jackson's death because my reaction to it was different from that of other people I know. Although his death saddened me I felt relief for him. I believe that he finally has the peace that the world would never allow him to have.

I read Lisa Marie Presley's statement and unlike some could feel the truth in it. Michael knew no matter what he did there would be no earthly peace for him ever. People are so obsessed with celebrities that people who have no God given talent are now celebrities. I am a person who loves music, especially the lyrics and in music is where I sometimes find my peace. I can not count how many times I have put my Zune on shuffle and just let it play; while I laid back and just let the music do its thing.

You that feeling you get when a song that expresses how you are feeling comes on the radio and it either makes you laugh or cry. If you like me depending on the emotion it invokes I might pull over and just let it play or I might just keep driving and let my emotions flow freely.

My favorite song by Michael Jackson is called "Will you Be There".


There will never be another like him. You can finally rest.
