hi Ladies
While purging my clothes I found this shirt and decided to remove the sleeves and make it a little more me. The shirt is different shades of pink starting a light pink and ending in a dark shade the color of the sleeves. Not good at photos so bare with a sista.

I love the embroidery around the collar which is what made e try to save the shirt. it has gathering underneath the bust. It is essentially a long sleeve tunic.
While in the process of purging I located this pink shirt that I used to wear all of the time.

this is the ribbon tie sleeve
not sure if you can but the ribbon on the sleeves is very worn which is another reason I decided to take the sleeves off. I must admit in the past I would have just thrown this away but what a difference a year of sewing blogs and having a machine makes.. |

so hopefully I can finish this by my birthday Thursday and will wear it with some dark blue denim leggings and my favorite Steve Madden open toe booties..

Pretty top, I love the embroidery. Pink is my fav colour too, so you know I'm looking forward to see it finished :D
