Sorry for the long break

I have not written since the day I moved in with my parents. I am doing okay but there are times when I have to pray hard.

My Christmas was okay but my heart was heavy. Last Christmas my friend Sandra died and I really never said goodbye to her. Over the last year there were times I picked up the phone to call her only to realize that she was gone.

On Christmas Eve, she was on me so heavy. I could feel her spirit in my room. I sat down on the bed and very quietly wished her a Merry Christmas and told her goodbye. This may sound crazy to some but I knew I had to do it.

I am praying for a better more fruitful 2010, I still plan to return to school and will certainly do so this fall.

There is a transformation going on inside of me and I can not wait to see what the end result is. I have this feeling that when I come out of this I will be some much stronger and some people will be left behind. I have to move on from some folks that have been hanging around for the last few years. A few have already bitten the dust but there are a few more. Some are relatives as well.
